Delivery Policy

Registrants will receive an email receipt within 24 hours from registering.  This email receipt may be used as your claim check for your registration package when you check in at the conference.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Requests for reimbursement or cancellation for the Oeiras IOPTWH Conference must be made prior to September 10th, 2009. There are no fees associated with cancellation. No refunds or reimbursements will be made after September 10th, 2009.

Refunds will be issued promptly and will be credited to the method of payment used in the original transaction.
